Great place. Amazing customer service
Room was really nice. Welcome by the manager was impeccable. I left a bag of food in my room when I left and they made a call to let me know. Many hotels wouldn't even care. Top marks! The room I stayed in was very nice. Only thing that let it down was the noise from machinery... could've been chilling system for the fridges but wasn't too much of an issue. Would stay again for sure.

The family room was ideal, especially with option to have single bed plus sofa bed alongside adult bed within 1 room. Room bit dark, could have added tissue box and similar comforts. Staff barely apologised for the fire alarm early morning which rather scared us, especially kids. Breakfast good, good dining options and restaurant food though staff seem confused about vegan versus vegetarian food and the difference! Incredibly annoying that you cant seem to ring the venue and speak to a real person, only a robot voice!!
