Country hotel in a spotless Dutch village

Pros: Clean and well-furnished room; comfortable bed. Good breakfast and dinner. Even had a glass of Dutch wine from the one local winery (not great wine).
Cons: Clear access to stairway and a lift. Hard to enlarge at least two of the rooms, but. . .would help.
Location: Hiking and bicycle riding in the area; easy access to Aachen (Germany) and its fabulous 9th-century cathedral.
This delightful hotel was a pleasure to stay at; quiet, spotless, fine food for the price at dinner and for the included buffet breakfast. The free parking across the street was also useful and the WIfI was faultless: no codes or passwords required, fast and never failed. The room was spotless though quite small. The bathroom was renovated with large black tile and white trim: quite elegant. The private terrace was also a delight to sit on. The rooms are all upstairs, up a narrow stairway partially obstructed at the bottom by a bureau: a problem with large pieces of luggage and (in our case) a wheelchair. There's no elevator (lift).
