The open-plan kitchen includes top-of-the-range appliances, essential cookware, and cutleries to fulfil any culinary requirement. There is also a washer available for your laundry needs.
The bedroom contains a comfortable double bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's sleep and multiple storage spaces.
The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including clean towels and toiletries for your convenience.
The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Within this neighbourhood, you can find the stunning Las Ventas Bullring, where you can witness the thrilling spectacle of bullfighting. For a peaceful escape, visit the María Eva Duarte de Perón Park or explore the beautiful green spaces of Breogán Park, Jardines de Gregorio Ordóñez, and Parque Salvador de Madariaga. All of these attractions are easily accessible from the nearby stations, ensuring convenient transportation for residents and visitors alike.

The nearest metro station, Ventas, is just a 7-minute walk, and the bus station Avenida De Los Toreros, line 74 that takes you to Madrid city centre
Adolfo Suárez Madrid–Barajas Airport is a 15-minute drive from the property.
Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. If you need cleaning or extra linen, please let us know, and we will gladly provide an additional charge.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
