Excellent choice, one of the best in Madrid. Walking 2 minutes to Gran Via and all the theaters, restaurants and shops.

Great location in the center of Madrid. It's right on a metro and bus stop, and it was easy to get everywhere we wanted to go from the location. Rooms were clean and everyone was very friendly. The rooftop bar is a popular destination, but both times we went, they asked us if we were staying at the hotel and when we said yes, we were seated immediately. We were a family of four and had a "suite" with a pull out double bed in one room and two twins in the other. The toilet was separate from the shower/sinks, which was nice with four of us. We would stay here again.

Great, clean hotel. Amazing views from the rooftop cafe and pool. Only issue with the hotel - guy woke us up at 7:30. Knocks at the door twice to give us out check out papers ??? Who does that in 2023? What happened to just walking out?

It's central to just about everything. Walkable to all locations I planned on visiting. The staff was very friendly. The greeters/door attendants, the reception staff, the room attendants, the dining room service were all extremely helpful and pleasant. The daily complementary breakfast was outstanding. Best location in the city!
