The service was great, but I didn't like the concept that the building I stayed in was separate from the building for checkin, checkout and dining. It was cold and rainy and I did not expect to be exposed to the elements at my hotel. Also, I had ordered a glass of Rioja wine that I said tasted bad. They gave me another glass of a different wine but didn't check the bad wine and continued to serve it. I experienced a slight case of food poisoning (spinning room) the next morning and I think it was because of the bad wine. I only had one glass so I didn't drink too much.

I had never been in a room where you could hear the neighbors so much. Conversations, snores, and you can imagine the concert of screams when things heated up in the next room. I've stayed in bad hotels, but this one takes the prize

The hotel was fine for spending a night. At the front desk, the clerk gave me two breakfast coupons, so I thought it would be included in the morning and we did (not eating anything except a cup of tea and one egg.) Then at the check out the front desk clerk asked me to pay almost $36.00 euros for the breakfast. Should I know about that, I would not touch them since I could spend my money better with hot breakfast at the airport.

4th and last stay. I used the shuttle only once from airport to hotel because of ridiculously long waits. 8 minute taxi is $25. Airport taxi scam last time - beware. Service indifferent - tried to get a coffee at 1:00pm - from a machine no less. 3 employees at front desk - none could bothered to push a button. I’ve stayed at numerous NH properties. Usually good. This one is bad.

Nice and new, but some shoddy workmanship
Nice neighborhood, free airport shuttle, adequate gym, VERY clean, and one of the best breakfast buffets around. Some shoddy workmanship, however: the bathroom sink drainage pipes leaked and then went askew, and when i tried to straighten it, all the pipes fell off. The caulking on the shower leaked as well. We were quickly given a different room, but in this one the bathroom door was ill-fitting and would not close.
