Everything and everyone was very nice. Only downside was you have to call the front desk to turn on your air conditioning.

This property served all of our needs! The staff was wonderful, friendly and bi-lingual. The hotel is situated in a public square with many restaurants, bars, a museum and a coffee shop. It is directly across the street from Puerta de Atocha, so it was very easy to get to where we needed to go despite not speaking Spanish. Highly recommend!

Perfect for a night or two. Very clean room, comfortable bed, good shower. Small and limited hotel amenities so not recommended for.longer stay.
