Check in staff were lovely however the property is well past it’s peak. I didn’t want to touch anything in reception, it really was quite gross and threadbare. It’s overpriced, smelly and lumpy. Pillows, quilts and mattresses were like nothing I’ve ever come across before. They were all visibly lumpy and uncomfortable. We were fortunately only there for one night. We did not use the pool or mini golf. Ice machine was broken. No fridge in the room. Charging resort prices for VERY substandard accommodation. Worst accommodation we came across in the US. Would not recommend.

Pros: location
Cons: Get the bathroom heat fixed and hire employees that know what they are doing.
Location: Skiing
The heater and fan in the bathroom did not work. At a ski resort the heat is important. When I checked out they said I had paid only a "deposit" and they charged my credit card for the balance. I tried to let them know I had paid in full but they would not listen to me. I did not have a copy of my receipt so when I got home I had to send them the Travelocity confirmation and their paperwork.. The manager, who was too unconcerned to even look up my reservation said they were resort charges, to which I explained according to their statement they were room/tax charges. After several calls they will refund my card in 5-7 business days.

Pros: Close to the shuttle stop
Location: We stay here for the skiing at Mammoth Mountain
We have stayed here several times. The rooms are adequate and in a good location to the shuttle stop, and shopping.

Disappointing hotel room.

Pros: The coffee in the lobby.
Cons: Hire somebody to make the property look like a quality property
Location: There is so much to do. We spent our time at Devils Postpile National Monument. That was one of the most beautiful places we've ever been.
We didn't receive value for our money. The hotel room was shabby. There had been a recent remodel that was not well done. The room was hot. There was one hand towel for two people. Outside of the room was very noisy. The parking lot was in rough shape.

Pros: Location
Cons: Upkeep inside and out
Location: In Mammoth, easy to walk or drive
Room was small with two queen beds. Deck was broken. Noise (music) until midnight from restaurant nearby. Rained and water pouring due to lack of good rain gutters. Overpriced. Location in Mammoth was fine.
