In the city center, The Lodge at Sierra Nevada Resort & Spa is in an area with good shopping. Those looking for an activity can check out Mammoth Mountain Ski Resort, while everyone can enjoy the natural beauty of Mammoth Mountain and Convict Lake.
It was 24 degrees outside upon arrival and heat was not on in the room. Used the gym and only 1 of 4 pieces of equipment was operable. Staff was nice.
Not bad but the price was high. Other places around are not much different so it’s pretty much the same everywhere around this town. My favorite thing was the free coffee although you have to walk all the way down to the office area to get it.
Room not clean, no trash can inside room. Very very noisy room heater, room service was slow. Non smoking room out side area people do smoking so you can smell inside the room. Not friendly people around main office
The buildings and rooms could use updating. The hallways and parking lot was dark. There were several buildings and so was difficult to find were our room was located. We tried one door and our key didn’t work, however, the key worked on a side door of the same building. The room was not well lit. The location was good as it was within walking distance to several restaurants. The lobby had a fireplace and a bar which looked interesting. I don’t think I would return to this property. The price was too high for what we received.
