Pretty hotel right downtown

Pros: The ambience is great, very nice pools to cool off.
Cons: Worn down mattress.
Very nice hotel, staff was amazingly helpful. The hotel will arrange for a pick-up from the airport, Julian is the driver and he is very helpful to new arrivals.

Better than advertised!

Pros: Location, service, beauty and amenities.
Cons: To make it comparable to other hotels, a free breakfast would be nice.
Location: The hotel is very close to the colonial square, but off enough to be quiet at night.
This is one of the few times I've stayed in a hotel that was even more beautiful than the photos depicted. Built in the colonial style, this is a small hotel with an intimate design. The rooms surround beautiful courtyards, each with a pool. The rooms are spacious and beautiful with a lot of room, including a generous closet and a large bathroom with hot water. The wifi was excellent in our room, strong enough to stream video. The staff at the front desk were able to help us with every single request we had. Knowledgable and friendly, they were reliable with information. The owner of the hotel was friendly, and greeted us each morning at breakfast. This is a well-priced hotel for the area and I would recommend it enthusiastically. I plan to bring my family down to Nicaragua again, and we will stay at this hotel when we are in Granada.
