The Hotel is in a very bad part of town. The Desk staff were very friendly and polite. There were NO SMOKING signs all over the Hotel, but some of the other staff were smoking as well as the guest. The Night Clubs are very loud, you can not sit in any of them and enjoy the atmosphere. There is NO restaurant in the Hotel so you have to use room service. overall I would not return to this Hotel. 1 STAR

Old hotel in scetchy neighborhood. It smelled like smoke throughout even though there were no smoking signs. ALL the bars and restaurants sucked! Music was played way too loud in clubs! Will stay in Juffair next time.

The worst place I've ever been in my life
So disgusting the employees was so barbarian attitude. The place is so dirty The security and all the stuff was so rude to me I tried to contact the management and they never reply or answer me.

Hotel customers, atmosphere, lighting, location
Pros:Nothing except it was close to government offices.
Cons:Better lights, service from & to airport, better food, customers should be families, flexible policies, more T.V. stations, trips to famous places.
Location:We live in Kuwait and everything is done the right way without asking. Hotels are family oriented and decent and more quality for better prices.
We were very disappointed from the first time we tried to call the hotel (Ramee) to pick us up from the airport. There was no answer at all. we use a taxi to get to the hotel; when we got there we saw drunk & noisy people at the hotel. We spoke with the manager to change, but he did not offer any other location they have. He said we have to speak with Trovelocity. When we got to the room, there was loud music and people after 2:30 a.m. The basic items in the room we had to call housekeeping for it (Toothbrush, slippers, robs, water, coffee, tea.) Most of the food is set for a certain ethnic group of people {Basic hamburger was pre-spiced(over salted, & spicy)}. Some room service food orders were very poor quantity.
There was over loud music and people shouting everyday at night. The hotel WAS NOT A FAMILY ORIENTED hotel and we will never go there again. The customers very unethical. We requested from the manager to change hotels or get a refund, he said we can go to another branch on Saturday (One day before flying.) The rest of the staff were friendly & hard working people.
