My room wasn't ready at checkin. The toilet wouldn't flush properly. I had to play with the lamps for them to turn on. The shower water wouldn't stay warm. I was told I had to pay separately for wifi access. Worst of all, I got back to my room after 11 and needed assistance from my friend to get to my room and the doormen wouldn't let him help me in. I didn't even spend the night. I would not recommend this hotel.
