The rooms were clean ..we really just spent the night..so didnt do much there.. But we love staying there for the TSO concert every year. Was disappointed

Neat and clean! Check in staff was great, however restaurant not as pleasant! We were seated and then others were seated after us, however after noticing four tables being waited on that arrived after us my wife went to ask when we might be able to place our order! After a few minutes someone finally came to our table! Very frustrating!!

The last time I stayed at this location, it was a Radisson Hotel. BIG improvement in the facility....the rooms have been significantly upgraded along with the rest of the hotel. The food was very good but the selection a bit limited. To be expected as this is not a "destination" facility. My waiter "Tim" was superb....knowledgeable, pleasant and just the right amount of attention. Parking was $12.00....seems a bit high for one night but perhaps not given the convenience. The only problem I encountered was in the bathroom. I am not sure what the cleaning protocol is for the shower but clearly housekeeping staff is NOT even looking at the black mold between the tiles. The amount of mold was surprising given how much came off with one swipe with a face cloth (did not use any pressure). Just don't feel it's the responsibility of the guest the clean the shower. A disappointment given I was loving the hotel up until shower time. For now, I will probably try another (comparable) hotel for my next visit.
