The trash by the front door was overflowing when we arrived and still overflowing when we checked out the next day. The lobby smelled like dirty diapers. The hallway and our “non-smoking” room had a heavy smell of cigarette smoke. We opened the window to try and air out the room but then had to listen to the traffic noise. Not at all pleasant.

I had a late check in and entered the room around 10 pm. Found the tub wet and dirty. Sheets smell bad. It took over an hour to switch me to another room. The front desk clerk told me she was working with another guest but to come down and wait for her to set me up with another room. I asked that she call me when she was done. Just wanted to sit after a long wait prior to get checked in. She called my cell after a half an hour and said she tried the room phone several times but I didnt answer. It never rang. New room had a mini fridge tbat buzzed so loud it kept me awake. After I took a shower my toes felt irritated. The upstair hallway smelled like skunk weed. Was relieved to get out the following morning.

There is no elevator . I ve stayed in the second floor and no one from the staff helped me with the luggage. I've paid for a suite and they tried to push me one regular room with queen beds. I showed them my printed reservation in order to get the right room. I've paid for unexpected fees because I asked to hold some orders (small packages) that I made from Amazon till I arrive at the hotel. Hotel did not answer questions that I made in advance to my arrival, requesting a first floor room and information about holding those packages to me. Try another hotel near Premium Outlet.

Bed was way too soft and old. Also no elevator a d our room was on 2nd floor. Would have appreciated knowledge of this before booking

I will never stay here again. As a single female traveling alone safety is a huge concern for me. Check in went smoothly . I was relaxing in my room when a man walked in. Apparently they doubled booked my room. The problem was resolved but they forgot to inform me that they also deactivated my key card. I had to have another issues when I returned from dinner. I took a shower and the tub didn’t drain. When I went to call the front desk the room phone wasn’t hooked up.I went to the front and customer service was horrible. I requested a new room because of all these reasons and didn’t feel safe. I was refused and offered a refund if I checked out now. By this time it was 10:30 pm. Where was I supposed to go? Needless to say I didn’t sleep well and left first thing in the morning.

I didn’t like the fact that at 10:10 on my check out day I was called by staff asking when I would be checking out and then they also came to the door. I felt like I was being rushed out of there
