I stayed here for a business trip. The room had a front row view of charming downtown Concord and was clean and spacious. Huge TV. The shower was terrific- lots of hot water and a wide, strong spray. There is steakhouse in the building with a large cocktail bar. Room service is available from the restaurant. No one would say that Concord is the most sophisticated or cosmopolitan city, but there are lots of good spots you can walk to from the hotel. Very enjoyable stay.

Great hotel with large comfortable rooms, marble tiled bathrooms, and Keurigs with Starbucks pods for coffee in the room. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Walking distance to restaurants, theaters and shopping. Continental breakfast included with room rate. Free parking in adjacent garage on weekends.

They were very kind and professional. Expedia overbooked the room I wanted but they were able to accommodate me. I will not be booking with Expedia again, but instead with the hotels directly because I'd prefer communication over discounts. I most definitely will stay at Hotel Concord again. I felt very safe considering the location! Thank you!
