We were on the 5 th floor with a window we couldn’t open for some fresh air !!!! My partner has had heart failure so he needs fresh air to help him breathe esp at night !!!! Room wasn’t very clean either & we only had 1 toilet roll for the 2 nights we stayed !!!!

The Hotel is lovely and was quiet during our 3 night stay, Sunday to Wednesday. Had a couple of small issues that were dealt with and we were offered a different suite. The staff were fantastic and are a credit to the hotel. Breakfast was lovely with a nice choice. We will definitely be returning.

2 night stay.
We have stayed before and were happy to return. My husband was disappointed it was no longer a menu for breakfast but a buffet. He said his was cold, I didnt have any issues. Our key cards kept de-activating so had several trips to reception to resolve this each time. We also had a plumbing issue in our bathroom just as we were going out on our second eve. This couldn't be resolved so we had to use the bathroom in the next room. Not ideal when you need the loo at 5am. No apology the next morning which was a little disappointing.
