This is the second time we reserved a jaccuzzi tub and gat a room where it didnt work. Whole reason why we reserved it. And miraculously, both times, the hotel doesnt have any left ecen though the website shows it does.

We came to Manhattan for a basketball game at Kansas St. The hotel was very convenient and walkable to the basketball arena. We booked this hotel because the web-site stated that it had an airport shuttle. After landing at the airport we called the hotel and found out shuttle was only on request and they had no driver that day. This had not been stated on the site. We had to spend an additional $25 for a Lyft. The hotel offered nothing in compensation.
