Not a 4 star hotel!

This is not a 4 star hotel as rated! Dirty surrounding areas, cockroach in the bathroom! Pricey food which wasn't great at all; no parking spaces for checked in guest. Don't be deceived by the gallery photos on their website, it's not as pretty as it looks in the photos.

It was close to everywhere we needed to go.

Pros: The breakfast buffet was good.
Cons: Give amenities which other hotels give for non thing.
Location: The American Embassy ,malls.
The fire alarm was not loud as we had a false alarm at 4 am. They wanted to charge us for using a wash clothes they tried to Nickle and dime for everything, I am glad to be in Davao.We bought our own wash cloths.

Second visit and not our last!

Love this place! Very welcoming and safe lobby. On the job doormen ( please tip 20P)Clean and roomy rooms. Great consistent AC and internet, wonderful housekeeping and comfy clean beds. Super attentive room service.( please tip 100P / daily!) Good front desk staff. GREAT massages (cheap). Plan on taking cabs. Walking in this area is like strolling through a mine field. Truly 4 stars for Manila. And, oh, yeah, pay for the breakfast. it will easily get you through dinner! great rooftop pool . Room Tip: Get a room on 10 or above to isolate from constant traffic noise. We love the king bed!

Good Deal, Great Food,Nice People.

Had a wonderful stay with my wife & daughter At a Good Hotel. Staff was very helpful and kind. Room was Clean and bright and housekeeping staff was wonderful But best of all was the Hotel CHEF. Food was fantastic at the hotel. We were impressed. Location was Good, BUT not the best area of Manila, none the less we were comfortable and happy with our choice. Very Good Deal. 4 star hotel, 5 star Chef & food.

WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE!!!

Pros: Housekeeping efficiency and attention to detail, friendliness of staff, quality of breakfast, fair pricing.
Cons: One front desk lady does not need to be in customer service.... That;'s it!
Location: Neighborhood not so great.Need to take cab to get anywhere. . But, hey, that's Manila!
My fiance and I spent 8 nights here and had a fantastic experience. Very clean, comfy bed, great shower ( water always warm , sometimes hot). Great AC.Room service lightning fast. Breakfast buffet food great with good service. 95 % of staff very polite and helpful. Will return in August to see my beloved as we wait for immigration to grant her Visa. Good bang for the buck.Leave a little tip daily on bed for housekeeping and watch the results (100 PP)!!
