Property is centralized to my needs. Close to restaurants, shopping centers, hospital & clinics, church, banks, and etc... Most staff (from front desk, housekeeping, security, and supervisors) are very friendly and helpful. However, there are certain things that still need improvement - e.g. reservations and restaurant service. I addressed this with staff and supervisor while staying at the hotel.

I can’t say enough nice things about my stay here. Every aspect was above expectations, from staff courtesy to amenities to location. A couple of requests from front desk were met promptly and without question.
