We booked 2 rooms which were both upgraded free of charge which was a pleasant surprise. The entire staff was friendly from front desk, concierge, pool staff, spa staff, and so forth. The rooms were clean, and we had no problems whatsoever. We booked Spa service in both Nuwa, and Nobu, and both Spa's provided excellent service, had great decor, cleanliness, and also featured motorized massage tables which were the most comfortable we've experienced. It's probably the best Spa we've had the pleasure of going to here in Manila. The only negative I would say is the fact that you can not enjoy the other pools in Nuwa or Hyatt if staying in Nobu, and vice versa. You can dine at all the restaurants at City of Dreams, as well as use the Spa services at all locations, except the pools are not shared which we thought was a bit odd. You can dine and use Spa service in all the hotels, regardless which one you are booked, but not the pools? Very weird, but it did not make our stay less enjoyable or lessen our experience. The service is world class, and it's nice to know we have a local hotel that provides such service. The front desk staff named Kat was very accommodating, and made our check-in, and check out a breeze. She was lovely to deal with. The room service food was also quite good, and the Ruby Jack's Steakhouse is mouthwatering delicious. Breeze's at Nuwa had great food as well, and we came back twice to order the popular burger they have. The popularity is well deserved.
