It says that it has a banquet breakfast and room service. It did not have either. Staff is really rude and they don't even have a restaurant in the motel. So you guys got it all wrong

The room was clean. The fridge was large. The area was not the best. Didn't feel completely safe. Receptionist was very friendly and nice. Place needs a lot of work.

First of all we were the only 2 people staying in that hotel. We were given room 608 and when we got into the room the bathroom sink did not have hot water and it was backing up. Toilet wasn’t flushing down either. I called the front desk to request a room change and they said they couldn’t because we reserved with Travelocity but they would send maintenance to the room at 7 am the next morning. When we went down stairs the next morning we couldn’t get past the 2nd floor on the elevator so we had to walk down and it let you out on the side of the building so we had to walk around to the front. We noticed getting off at the 2nd floor that it was completely torn out. Front desk clerk told us The hotel is getting work done and they are having electrical and plumbing issues.
