My only complaint was not being able to identify a wifi network. It may have been simple oversight on my part but it is the only negative part of my visit.

The rooms need some upkeep. Water damage everywhere. Replace some fixtures and the toilet seats! It wasn’t filthy, but didn’t feel clean. No tissues in the room.

Excellent place to stay

My family stayed at the Best Western Plus while visiting a member at the VA.The facility was immaculately clean and the breakfast offered many options.The beds were comfortable to sleep in and the pillows were "just right".Customer service was superb. When calling to make reservations (after researching on AAA) we were unsure what route to take to the VA. When we arrived, an envelope was waiting for us with directions. Also, we requested a wakeup call. Because the employee was unsure we received our wake up call, she personally called the room. The cost for staying at the Best Western Plus was very reasonable and we will be returning.Thank you.C. PraterOhio

Good for the price

Pros: Free breakfast, Free Internet, Quiet
The price was great, and the hotel exceeded our expectations. I usually don't stay at Best Westerns because the quality between hotels varies widely (I've seen some Best Westerns that were at the "no-tell motel" level of quality). However, the price and reviews enticed me. The experience was fine, the desk staff was very friendly, the location was convenient. The only thing that kept me from rating this with all 5s was the lack of attention to detail. it was little things like waterspots on all the water fixtures (sink, bathtub, etc.), the toilet paper rolls not attached on the spindle, etc. However, if we return to the area, we would definitely stay here again at this price.
