It was nice to have fruit in the breakfast area. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The floor in our room didn’t seem to be as clean as it could have been although our room was comfortable.

This place is extremely dirty the outside trash all over. The rooms were very filthy the place stunk bad. I booked 2 nights we arrived around 9 PM. The next day I had to book a different hotel because it was to dirty for my 2 year old and 1 year old grandchild. I got bit by bed bugs. We had to make this trip due to a family member dying. Very horrible experience.

Place was so dirty, towels were ripped and stained, floors dirty and stained, sheets had stains, water on the bathroom floor and toilet not secure to the floor and moved when you used it. Got charged by hotel and travelocity. Parking lot was dangerous from all the ice. Would never stay her again.

Hotel Experience

We were satisfied with our accommodations. Not satisfied with your charge of $20.00 to make our reservation. Had we known that we would have called them ourselves.

A great value.

Cons: no elevator, wifi a bit slow
The newer carpet, ironing board, hair dryer and good bed were just what I needed for a trip to attend a wedding near Marshalltown. I would have given it a 5 if there had been an elevator and stronger WiFi.
