"The property is in a good location. The staff, cleanness, and room were excellent! Having the restaurant on property was amazing the quality of food was fantastic!!!"

"Very clean room and bathroom. Greeted when you walk into the clean lobby. Free coffee and continental breakfast. I recommend Simplicity Inn"

"Although the was ok but the bathroom had no vent on the fan. I could see the roof and it don’t work. You guys say there was free Wi-Fi but couldn’t find the password. The room had a coffee maker but no coffee packets in the room. There were other switches on the wall that had no nob on it. The pool was down. And also a not that said we as guest could not eat our continental breakfast in our room. But I did anyway. There was no fan above the jetted tub. The curtains didn’t close all the way had to use a coat hanger just to keep the light from shining in at night. The elevator’s were broke down and no vending machines, no ice machine. Definitely looks good on the website but not in person. Things need to be fixed."
