The hotel was generally dirty and unclean. Stains on the carpet, cracked tiles, mold and stains in the microwave and refrigerator, etc. The front desk was totally unoccupied for at least ten minutes (all I was willing to wait) the morning of checkout and as a result, there was no customer service.

Dirty, stained sheets, door in room hardly lines up to lock (beaten up). Mattress poor quality.

The desk staff was watching videos on a laptop until I dropped something purposely on the counter so he would notice me. Parked by the rear entry next to the pile of trash bags and carpet of cigarette butts. The room was worse, dirty, stained, smelly, the door appeared to have been kicked in at some point, latches broken and loose and door and frame separated enough to afford a view from the hall into the room. We left after the first night of a three day stay.

This was by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had. We arrived at 3am after a 10 hour drive from Atlanta. The night time front desk person was unkempt and rough, but we were so exhausted, we had to stay. Check-in was confusing, but we were assigned a room. We went to the room only for more disappointment. The room was very outdated, appeared to be poorly kept, and the fire sprinkler appeared to be broken as it was hanging from the ceiling. The bathroom was okay at best; however, the shower appeared as if it hadn't been cleaned quite some time. Alas, we make it into the beds for more disappointment. The mattress was well worn, and we could feel lumps from where others had slept. more concerning - we could hear every sound outside the room including someone snoring! We finally fell asleep only to wake up within a couple hours because of discomfort. I went downstairs to see about getting another room, hoping that another room might be a little updated and cleaner. I waited about 3 minutes at the front desk for an attendant that was no where to be found. I then rang the bell for service then seeing the gentleman come from the bathroom a few moments later with iPad in had. He certainly didn't have enough time to wash his hands. He proceeded to tell me that there was no more space in the hotel, and I would have to go somewhere else. As I walked away, he went into the dining nook to tend to the continental breakfast area, wiping the counters with his bare hands. NEVER AGAIN!

Just ok

Pros: Cleanliness of the hotel.
Cons: Décor.
Location: Outlet shopping in Maryland.
I booked two rooms for two nights. One room was OK, the other not so much (Had nasty smell in it, which was addressed immediately and rectified). The hotel is older and in much need of updating. The room itself was clean. The staff was accommodating and pleasant once we managed to get through the confusion upon check in. All in all the stay wasn't bad but if you are used to a Marriott or Hampton Inn, you will be disappointed. For the price it was as expected.

Hotel is in need of an upgrade.

Pros: Sheets and towels were clean.
Cons: General upgrade needed
Overall the hotel is very rundown. None of the vending machines were operating. We arrived for breakfast at 8:00 AM and there was only toast and cereal available. We were informed that the waffle maker was broken. The room had a distinct stale smoke smell and there were burn marks on the side of the bath tub. The clock and lamp cords were too short to reach the outlet so the night stand was pushed, out from the wall and on an odd angle. Carpet was in need of cleaning in our room and other areas of the hotel. Overall, very disappointed with this hotel and will not stay there again.
