The room was ehhh okay i guess, the sliding door in my room wouldnt close, the building itself does look pretty old especially the elevator it will close on you even if your in the middle of it , it happened twice to my husband. Staff were nice over all it was okay but me personally im probably not gonna stay there again.

My room was ocean view on the top floor. The balcony railing was wobbly amd the balcony door latch was locked which made me a bit nervous. The hotel staff especislly at check in are all extremely rude. I had a room with 2 double beds. After a few nights i started itching...i pulled sheets off bed and the mattress was stained and spots all over. I started to suspect bed bugs. I immediately notified staff and they acted like they didnt know what inwas talking about. I switched beds and kept my suitcase inside a garbage bag sealed. The restaurant was terrible. Food was marginal and facility was always dirty. The gym was old and equipment rusty. Elevators werent always working. The heated pool is slimy. When i got in i slipped kbecause the tile was slimy and there was a greasy film on top of water. There are no good restaurants close by. Even Don Playa has horrible food. The picture of this hotel is misleading. Nothing luxurious here.
