Dirty and not well kept. Room had bad odor and not enough towels, tissues and no soap at first. Breakfast had few choices with many things unavailable. The one good thing good was room was quiet.

The breakfast offered was very sparce. There was cold cereal, dried out scrambled eggs and one thin sausage patty and bread for toast.

Hotel appears to be under construction. I got off my elevator and walked down a dark, damp, dirty hallway and outside to my room. I felt like I was in a motel in a movie with villains

Terrible experience

I booked the room weeks in advance. I called the hotel to inform them we would be arriving late. I was told on the phone “ok, no problem.” We arrived to discover my reservation was not in the system. And there were no more rooms available. I showed him my email confirmation and itinerary number but it was no use. While I was at the front desk trying to figure out what happened to my reservation, a call came in from a guest in the hotel needing clean sheets. The clerk was rude and clearly annoyed by the call and hung up on the guest, who then showed up a few minutes later still requesting clean sheets. “We need to go up sleep and there are black spots all over the sheets they are disgusting.“ His words, not mine. The manager then tells him to not speak to him in that tone and that he should just check out of the hotel. That’s about the time I decided I didn’t want to stay there after all. My guess is he gave my room to someone else. We ended up staying at a nicer place about 45 mins down the road. What a great way to do buisness. I would rather sleep in my vehicle then give one penny to that hotel.

I have never written a bad review....until now

Like i said...i have never written a bad review for anything in my life! I tend to be reserved when it comes to reflecting negatively about another person or company. The stay at the hotel was fine throughout the first night. We had arranged for late checkout (12:00 PM) because we had a funeral to get ready for in the morning. The front office called us non-stop from 10:45 AM until 12:00 PM when we left. Every time we responded the lady at the front desk (a middle-aged middle eastern women) she very loudly shouted at us to get out of the room. We left the room right before 12:00 PM. The lady at the front desk chased us out to the parking lot again screaming at us. We said that we had checked out of the room and explained to her that we ordered a late checkout. She did not seem to care at all about this and continued screaming that she was charging us 50 extra dollars because we had an extra person in the room that slept over due to having to wake up early and ride together to the funeral home. She did not have any sympathy for this and almost mockingly kept repeating how she was charging our credit card 50 extra dollars. I told her that she had made our stay very stressful and that she was displaying the worst professionalism that I had seen in some time. She screamed at the top of her lungs to us that this hotel had the worst guests ever.....Please Please Please do not let this poor management clump you too into the category of worst guests ever. This lady seemed dead set on making our stay miserable. She literally put me in a bad mood throughout the entire funeral. Her shouting and constant pestering of us as guests was COMPLETELY unacceptable. Unfortunatley everything I said is true, and I even left out some of the other unprofessional things she did out to save you time. In short, do not let them do to you what they did to me and my friends.
