Need more attention .
I tried to call the reception desk and housekeeper to request shower cap and no one answering for almost one hour until I end up calling the other divisions to pickup the phone. The bathroom full of mold. The hotel name supposed to be Jumeirah Makka and taxi driver dropped us on jumeirah jabal Omer and we insist that’s not same hotel therefore name need to be corrected on the website Seriously that not jumeirah hotel and services we got in Dubai and other hotels .

Could not have been happier for choosing this property for our stay in Makkah, it shows 10 minutes walk to the haram but in reality it is much closer, clean, smells nice, new, convenient! The breakfast was exceptional! All staff we encountered have been so nice, friendly and accommodating! Would highly recommend to anyone who wondering about options.

Everything was good apart from departure from the hotel. The taxi could not get in on time to pick us up due to security at the gate of Jabal Omar entrance, which meant we missed our train. This was very disappointing, as I paid extra for my onward journey.

I usually skip over reviews but this deserves a special mention! So I must admit I have never heard of Jumeirah before this and everytime it popped up in my search, I looked over it. I’m so glad I didn’t and will definitely be looking for them every chance I get to come to Makkah. The property is clean and the customer service was top priority. They make you feel like you’re the only special one. I would live to mention “Amin Rahman” who was extremely welcoming and helpful the cafeteria during breakfast hours. He elevates the welcoming atmosphere. I would also like to mention “ Abddurahman” the parking security manger who was very helpful to my family and just overall. He made my experience delightful. See you soon
