The hotel in general is above average, but they are very lax in reading and adhering to your pre-arrival instructions. I specifically wrote them and told them I had an extreme allergy to feathers, pillows/comforters. When I arrive late that night I discovered the whole room was filled with down bedding, I was extremely sick the next morning, and merely got “oh well we’ll try to fix it for today” response. They cared nothing for my discomfort, Or health. I will think twice before returning to the property.

The staff was very nice and friendly. The breakfast was included and delicious. The gym was large and had everything you could want. Room was large and clean. I can be very critical but I have no criticisms of this hotel. Very well situated too. Great place!

Amazing property. Right in the thick of shopping and restaurants. Amazing roof top restaurant. Amazing gym, one of the best in the country.

The rooftop is disappointing. The pool was cloudy and not appealing for a swim. Everything was plastic including the wine “glasses” and a shade of yellow as if the plastic had been used since the early 1900s. The free breakfast was mediocre. It’s a good option, but if you want a really nice breakfast, treat yourself out of the hotel. Besides that the accommodation is a cool hip vibe.
