could hear clearly people in other rooms and t.v. breakfast area not set up and couldn't even keep coffee pot full. will not stay again

A very pleasant experience overall. One thing I think needs improving upon is communicating during the initial reservation process that there is a $250 refundable cleaning deposit. There was no mention of said deposit on your website and that felt like a steep charge when one wasn’t expected. I did appreciate being told during the check out process though how long to expect before I would see that charge be refunded. More communication is a suggestion for future customers. Thank you for a nice stay.
