Enjoy a break at our Hamptons style family home with plenty of room for all. Comfortably suitable for family or still an intimate stay for a couple. This incredible location is only a 20 minute walk to the foreshore, short distance to Peninsula Hot Springs, St Andrews Brewery and Golf courses, close to the heart of Rye local shops, cafes & restaurants
Short walk to the The Hidden Kitchen – serving great coffee and fresh pastries. Our home is located in a quiet location.

The whole house which consists of 4 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms and indoor living which is comfortable for all guests.

Great holiday weekend
We had stayed in this house for 3 days and 2 nights. When we first arrived the house was very clean and tidy with everything we had needed in place. The owner had provided everything we could possible require. We were very comfortable with the house and had a great outdoor area which was very perfect gatherings. Great location, was not far from the beach.
Stayed 2 nights in Jan 2023
