I am sorry to hear your experience left you unsatisfied. Our incidental holds are released at the time of check out, however it is up to your bank or credit card company how long they take to release it back to you. This usually takes 3 to 5 business days. I hope you will choose to stay at our hotel again, given this information.

AC NOT WORKING, CALLED MANAGER GORDON WHO TOLD ME THAT I WAS LOOKING FOR EXTRA COMPENSATION. THE AC WAS NOT WORKING ALL NIGHT AND WHEN I CALLED THE MANAGER HE STATED THAT WE SHOULD HAVE CALLED IN THE SPOT IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT FOR REPAIR.
