First of all room rate per night should only be $99 as per website. But because of greed due to Taylor Swift’s concert, probably the owner of the hotel decided to increase the rate per night. The fact that it is a low budget hotel. From 15 Feb check in, out on 17 Feb, we paid $598.00 which was not worth it. Now, what’s your say?

Mismanaged Hotel
Very uncoordinated staff along with poorly maintained electronic devices such as the tv remote not working well, kettle doesnt open to allow refilling of water and shower door was hard to maneuver that required Thor-like strength to open!!! Worst part was waiting for a front desk service that was unmanned to provide help. Another was when I had paid for an extra hour to extend our checkout and was locked out when the hotel key card was disabled earlier than expected!!!

holes in walls , holes in shower , dirty walls , air con was either on or off , no other settings . tv wont stay straight , no face washer , shampoo conditioner or hairdryer . Night light flashes on and of like a strobe light !bathroom is basically IN YR ROOM . Budget for a reason . On the upside. great location , trams outside , close to flinders street station .
