Your pet is welcome with provision that dogs must be on lead when on the property. We have wildlife, particularly kangaroos who we would want to remain undisturbed and which could potentially injure pets.

We have external cameras at the property for security reasons.

We look forward to hosting your group. This home has a no party policy and we request our guests respect that no loud music should be played at any time of the day or night. In the interests of our neighbours, we ask our guests to please move indoors by 11pm. We would hate for any digression from this request to result in your stay being cancelled without refund. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
