Feel free to spend time on our patio & backyard. Parking is available in the driveway next to the entrance. And we wanted to let you know that we recently installed an outside camera to alert us of parties happening at our place which are prohibited. It's located on back patio and is motion-activated so they only record when there is movement. We didn’t want it to be a surprise and make sure you’re ok with this :-) We are more than happy to answer questions or offer help if you need it. Just text or call and we'll either come by or if our family is out of town when you are there, a neighbor will be available as well. This studio is in back of a house, also rented on VRBO. There may be other guests on site during your stay but your apartment is only accessible to you. There will be a $15 pet fee per stay for extra cleanup often required. This is in addition to the regular rate and can be paid with cash or through an app.
