Did not like the check-in . The room was already paid for but yet she wanted to run my card for the full amount plus the deposit.

This property is in a good location however everything is outdated. They don’t service the rooms daily for extended stays, you have to ask. The water temperatures are opposite and the sink in my room the water was hard to turn on. From the pictures of the property I expected more and was disappointed when I walked into the room with old dirty curtains up, stains on the carpet and a sink that was hard to get water from. It was not worth the 249 a night I paid. Also I was not able to get points toward my Hilton Honors.

I didn't like the room service. Wasn't told At check in that you had to ask for the room cleaning of the room.

Most hotels have gone to this process to limit interactions. If you wish to have your room serviced when you travel, let the hotel know if advance or at least at check-in. Take care and be well.

The hotel really needs a good renovation. everything was old as far as the furniture, i also did not like the way the staff wanted to. rush is out of our room for check out. 2 staff members knocked on or door at around 10:15 and 10:30 when check out time was 11:00.. i did not like that

Our room was terrible. The bathroom door was rotted out at the bottom, and their was hair all in the bathroom floor. The bedding wasn’t even on properly. I am not certain the room was even cleaned, if it was then it wasn’t done acceptable. Honestly if we hadn’t drove 11 hours and wasn’t as exhausted as we were, we would have left and found something else. I would definitely not recommend this hotel at all!
