This hotel was horrible not only did our fridge not work (we called 3x and was told each time maintenance would be there shortly to fix and never came) we stayed two nights the first night there were roaches crawling everywhere in the bathroom on the walls in our room even in the fridge. We awoke early on our second day to attend a funeral and returning to our room at 4pm, our room still had not been cleaned, no clean towels, trash wasn't emptied etc. etc. I had to go to the office myself to get clean towels. On our third morning and check out day, my husband awakened by his back itching to learn he had been eaten up by BEDBUGS!!! He had over twelve bites on his back and shoulder and when I got up to look at his back I looked at the bed and there was bedbugs crawling on the pillow where I had just had my face.. *****There are pictures included****! When I went to front desk to complain about it she wasn't shocked, or even act that she cared. I then spent most of that day trying to get ahold of the manager Corey and got nothing but lies and runaround from him. And to top it all off they ended charging my debit card (which I was told was only needed for reservation purposes) three days earlier before I checked in even though my reservation clearly said my card would NOT be charged and I would pay at hotel with cash. When I called corporate all I got was we'll give you credits for a future stay like I would ever stay at another Quality Inn ever... WORST HOTEL EVER!!!!!!!!!

it's all good

Cons: Have the phones working properly in the room & provide a clock in there too
The staff was quite friendly & helpful when it came to giving me directions to attractions in the area. The only thing I was disappointed was that the phone in the room didn't work. I learned the hotel was renovated recently & there was a problem within their computer system. Oddly the room didn't have a clock for some reason. It's a noisy & busy area to rest at.

Weekend Trip

Pros: Clean and in good condition
Location: Lots to do in Memphis, TN. While there we went to Graceland, GoApe Adventure (a rope course), Mud Park, and Beale Street.
I went on an overnight weekend trip. The room was clean and comfortable. I would stay here again if in the rea.

Ok for the money.

Pros: location
Cons: TV satations
Location: Close to down town.
This was a family outing and we choose to stay at the quality inn for the price and convince of down town. The staff was very friendly. The hotel is really ok for the money. I was disappointed with the room my fitted sheet and pillow case and bed spread needed to be changed. The pillow case and bottom sheet looked clean but it had like a grease stain on . And the bed spread had a blood stain on it. I call the desk and asked for clean lien and I got it with no problem. And the TV has no channels. I had my 9 year old grand son and he did not enjoy the TV stations.

The worst hotel ever!

Cons: Noisy, that this hotel is listed as a place to stay
I picked this hotel because we were planning to stay overnight in Memphis for the first time and thought it would be close to Beale Street. First off, this hotel is not close to Beale Street. When we arrived very few cars were in the parking lot and there is a for sale sign on the property. It seems to be in a bad part of town and very seedy. Our room smelled of cigarette smoke and the security latch on the door was broken off as if someone had kicked the door in. We stayed unfortunately and other residents were scream and banging around. We let at 3AM because I was very scared and could no longer stand the smell of the room.
