im not typically a complainer but i was given the "oh well" attitude when i asked the front desk for a drain stopper so my wife could bathe. she blamed it on housekeeping and told me to tell my wife to just take a shower. i realize this is petty but you would think a hotel that cost $150 a night would find a way to make that happen. my wife ended up stuffing a washrag in the drain to take a bath. wont be staying here again.

Front Customer Service was Awesome. However in room 300 the toilet didn’t work properly which is a issue due to Covid-19 and staff not entering room for safety. The breakfast bar had rotten Bananas for 2 days. Grab and go breakfast need to be freshen up each morning.

I like it here...definitely will stay again...the checkin process was easy...btw ....even tho you pay online, u still have to slide a card for $20 for incidentals...the front desk clerk said it'll go back after you check out...The hotel is off in the cut, in the decent part of town...mostly all food places are closed at 11 o'clock pm btw...everything was clean smelled fresh...i still brought my cleaning supplies though...breakfast is pastries...fruit and sausage biscuits...so be prepared for that....over all

Hot tub was broken and water was left standing in the bathtub because it was sunk down and unable to drain. Lady at the front desk was rude. The iron was dirty and I ruined a brand new white shirt. The carpet in my room was quite dirty.

I liked the friendly staff. I was not too pleased with the cleanliness of the carpet. Also, the sheets were very rough feeling with fur balls.
