These guys cancelled my PAID reservation for the entire weekend. I even called to tell them I wouldn't be able to make it the first night but would be there for the others. They cancelled the whole weekend and I had to pay a 2nd time to get a room. Would not recommend.

Terrible experience! I had specific requests that were normal for a person with disabilities. The staff there could not have been more rude. I traveled alone with a service dog who is a real service dog not a fake one. The staff had a trainee that was "helping" me and she and the trainer were unbelievably horrible to me. Rolling their eyes when I asked for a disabled room, saying they "didn't see no disability" when I requested it. Told me I had to pay the pet fee for my service dog (they did later call and say they weren't going to charge me because they looked into it). The room for a disability was horrible. Everything was super high even for a non disabled person. Someone had tweaked the shower head to spray at the back of the shower stall and I couldn't reach it to move it. The bathroom hadn't been clean. I suspect that the room had been "made up" but definitely NOT cleaned. There were hairs in the bed I saw later. I got there at about midnight and just wanted to sleep. The ONLY nice person there was the night security who made sure I got in the hotel safely. Definitely DO NOT recommend for women or disabled.
