I had a prepaid reservation through Travelocity. Arrived in the evening to be told they had no rooms available. the proceeded to tell me they had made arraignments to stay at another property just a few minutes away....the new hotel was in a very unsafe area, under a pretty extensive remodel, rooms were in really bad shape, not gym, no hot breakfast......
