Not a main stream hotel. No room service unless you ask for it. No one tells you this. The front desk made me come down for a bar of soap that wasn’t in the room. The next day I needed wash clothes and coffee. The two people at the front desk told me to come down and get it. They said that was their policy. I asked why housekeeping hadn’t come and they said you had to “put in” for it.???? Then I said I would be talking to Mr Gentry, the manager, in the morning, and only them did they run up the supplies. (There were two people at the desk) not good service at all.
