Horrible condition. Found Smoke alarm taken down and placed in nightstand drawer. Refrigerators not defrosted and had over 3 in of ice along the back wall. Mildew in gasket of refrigerator. Non smoking room had burn hole on green overlay of bed. Refrigerator, cable box, television and microwave plugged into a electrical strip. Dead bedbug under glass of picture over desk. Grounds dirty and trash scattered about. Management doesn't have Choice Hotels as their priority. Won't stay there again or recommend them either. Our trip was for a funeral, not for a casual visit. Very disappointed in the whole thing.

They charged us our room before we even arrived, then charfed us again when we arrived. We had to get them to take off one of the charges. The sink and tub faucets leaked constantly. When the room next door flushed the toilet it sounded like it came from our bathroom. Toilet tissue and kleenex was not restocked. There was trash on the outside premises. The breakfast was terrible. Everything was lukewarm. The hotel is not located in a nice area of town

The room was very clean and the cleaning staff were great. That bed was wonderful! It was a pillowtop mattress with an extra thick mattress cover and sheets that were so soft. I was sick most of the time, so that bed was just perfect. I actually sank into it. The breakfast was not so great. I ate elsewhere. But I would go back just for that bed and the quiet.

Dirty

Our room was dirty in corners and not vacuumed well. The halls smelled musky. There were vagrants in the parking lot. We were scared of being robbed!

Decent hotel but needs some updating

The hotel didn't get my paid reservation & I had to wait while they attempted to call someone to see why they didn't get the reservation. It didn't matter all I wanted was the rim I paid for! Finally the manager had someone show me the only room left & it worked for us. The breakfast was ok & it was a decent hotel for the price. Not happy about the missing reservation which wasn't their fault.

Would not be my first Choice

Pros: Free breakfast, Free Internet
Cons: need more breakfast choices, maid service needs improvement, security lacking
Spent a week in the hotel, the Pros- located just off the highway, plenty of fast food options and gas stations in the area. Cons- I question the security of the hotel, not enough employees at night. The surrounding area at night is not safe. Maid service was poor, they always left one towel, when there was four of us in the room. Breakfast options seemed to always run low or run out all together.

It was ok

Cons: Poor breakfast
Really the only good thing about this hotel was the price. The staff wasn't that friendly or helpful, the floors in the doorways were in desperate need of mopping, there was no elevator, the shower curtain was not installed correctly, and the whole hotel smelled weird. Also, the continental breakfast left something to be desired. We stayed 2 nights in this hotel, and the second night that we checked in, I looked in the little refrigerator that kept some of the breakfast items, and the hard-boiled eggs from the previous day were still in there... I assume that they intended to use them for the next morning. Spend a little more and go somewhere else.

The staff at check-in was welcoming.

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Quiet
Cons: no table and chairs, toilet paper rationing
Our only problem was toilet paper and no table and chairs. We rented a suite w/ a small kitchenette. Toilet paper was not put into our room until the day before check-out. I had to find a staff person and get the toilet paper.
