We were looking for a pet-friendly hotel in Memphis and this seemed to advertise what we were looking for. However, there is only 1 tiny strip of grass behind the hotel for all dogs to use. We stayed on a Monday night and then again on a Saturday night. The 1st room smelled - and the 2nd room's A/C did not work (of which they did move us to another room). There was a $100 fee difference in the two stays which was disappointing. The breakfast was good and coffee was great. Easy exit from I-40.

The hotel has been updated cosmetically but not really structurally. There were not many guests in the hotel but I was put in a room right next to another guest who was watching TV loudly and smelled marijuana coming from the room and in the elevator. When I got in the room, the shower curtain was not hung properly and I had to hang it up myself. The office chair was dirty and I had to put a towel on it in order to sit and do my work. I would stay in a different place next time.

This whole hotel smells like cigarette smoke and pot. Security is lax and random stranger knocked on door repeatedly at 2am. Bathroom was gross and no additional amenities provided.
