Traveled for business. Hotel was nice, clean, staff was attentive, and I was able to check in very late. Free breakfast was also good. There's nothing to do in Forest, but I was aware of this beforehand.

The staff was very courteous and helpful. The main issue was that I reserved two rooms for my family, and we were placed on separate floors. While I did not make a specific request to have the rooms together, it only makes sense to try to put rooms under the same reservation at least on the same floor (if not together). The front desk staff tried to look into it after the fact, but there were no longer any options available to make any changes.

Nataki, We do apologize, we were very busy that weekend and did not have rooms close together. There was a horseshow and family reunions. Please understand that it was no on purpose that this happened.

I'm sure they were short-staffed and overloaded as many of the guests were refugees from the New Orleans area, but my room had been used by a smoker and not adequately cleaned.
