    I booked this Hotel late afternoon, and tried to reach it. unfortunately the way was an unpaved road with a barrier. i could not pass through. i asked a neighbor if there is a way and she said that there is no way to pass. i had to book another Hotel nearby. The Hotel management respond that it is the first time it happens to them and that they would not reimburse me. i have booked many nights through Hotels.com, never complaint, but this time i feel that Hotels.com customer should know what happen to me can happen to them as well.

    Lovely relaxing stay. The barge is located on a peaceful canal within easy walking distance of Metz centre. Delicious home made jam was included in the welcome pack of bread, milk etc. left on the first day. Comfortable bed and shower with plenty of hot water.

    Bei Fragen, waren die Vermieter telefonisch immer erreichbar. Wer gerne zu Fuß geht, ist in 15 Minuten in der Innenstadt. Wir waren im November und die Heizung hat gut funktioniert.
