The whole group will be comfortable in this spacious and unique space. it is located within minutes of the two border crossings and in the Zona Dorada location, five minutes away from the San Pedro, gran via, Plaza Lienzo, Cataviña and Punta Este Plazas.
the neighborhood has all kinds of restaurants at a short distance, with 7/24 security and controlled access. The house has four bedrooms, one exercise / laundry room, office with two desks, complete kitchen and outside patio with two grilles
Neighborhood has a security booth to get into, each driver needs to get registered, there is central park with amenities for children, including a half-court basketball space. It’s a slow speed limit neighborhood, so you may found children playing on the street. Two small dogs are allowed, you can find bags in the park if you forgot to bring your own
