Don't use laundry service and track your purchases

I put out my dry cleaning at 8 am for work clothes I needed to wear the next day, which was same day service. I returned at 10pm and my clothes were behind the counter and they "must have forgotten" I had to wash my clothes for work in the hotel sink and hang to dry at 11pm before a very long work day. The clothes were still damp so I had to go to work in damp clothes. Then, after ordering a total of 3 drinks total for my stay from their bar and nothing else, they said I owed $76 on my room. They would not charge my card until I had a detailed receipt and the manager was to call me and they would not charge my card. The manager charged my card and never Called me. I have disputed the charge with my bank. Very unprofessional, do not go here if on business.

Fabulous place

I absolutely loved this hotel! The décor is very modern and stylish, the staff is always available and helpful, the room is gorgeous and clean, the location is great...Probably the best hotel stay I've had in my 28 years of life.

Well located near Brickell Avenue within walking distance from the business district, restaurants & supermarket. The staff was mostly helpful and friendly. Lounge bar has live music and an interesting crowd.
