The positive: location, daily cleaning service in the room, the Nespresso coffee machine in the room The negative: the attitude of the reception staff at the moment we arrived, the elevator was broken all days during our stay there, the breakfast was terrible in all aspects-few options to chose from and food with no taste/ not well cooked, tiny and not clean serving room, worst-seen quality plastic silverware, outdated/very used plates and glasses, late start for serving-9AM, long lines for getting to the serving area, the entrance to the hotel was always blocked by servers of the front restaurant, lingering on the stairs, no microwave oven in the room, the wall installed AC-split type-was blowing straight over the bed, the exaggerate price for bottled water in the room-$3 for one of 500ml-one chair to stand in a two-person room, the ridiculous small-size bathroom and almost see-thru door, with practically no privacy and so many others, to many to list them in entire.

The photos for this place are very deceiving. Our rooms (3 rooms between all of us, one being a suite) were the worst hotel rooms I’ve ever seen. In my personal room, I couldn’t fit my foot between the sink and the toilet without turning my ankle 90 degrees and pivoting to sit down. Shower and bathroom were full of mold. Super noisy within the hall ways, vacuuming early in the morning. Some crazy beeping noise at all hours of the day and night. The only thing good I’ll say is that the bed was good and the view was nice. Employees were awesome! All super friendly, free shots at the bar, great service at the outdoor restaurant seating. Free breakfast was a “no thanks”, but the food you could order was great. Location… nothing they can do about this. South Beach has changed since covid and it’s not as nice of a place as it used to be. All in all, I wouldn’t stay in this area again, and I definitely wouldn’t stay in this hotel due to its condition.

It definitely is a very old property but was cute and had a lot of modern touches. Restaurant did not look very clean but the location was amazing
