Run down building, bathroom in the lobby was most disgusting I have ever seen, very dirty and outdated. Couldn’t get on the WiFi and receptionist refuse to help, not helpful staff overall. Valet parking assisted manager had an outstanding horrible attitude, long wait for the car. At the end we never got internet as advertised on Travelocity.... across from the hotel there is a huge construction, noisy in the morning .

Only location

Pros: The beach,,,outside of the construction.
Location: Located on Collins Ave. 4.5 miles from South Beach an easy Uber ride. Not much around hotel.
Location is everything,or so they think. Old dated facility and staff. If you rent from MiaRentals dont except anything, especially towels. Girls at Tiki bar where the only pleasant staff.

Ok on a budget!

A Solid 3☆ 》Overall room was acceptable however there were a few differed maintanence issues. THE BIGGEST PROBLEM WAS THE MANDATORY VALET PARKING! On average took 20 mins. just to give valet the car when returning to hotel. Location on bch was good if I was here for that. Only here cause mom is in Mt. SIANI hospital and I live 2 1/2 hrs North.
