The only thing that I didn't like was the height of the bed Otherwise it was comfortable to sleep on.

A/C did not work good room was hot. Pool was full of leaves staff never cleaned it out. Restroom did not work in main hotel

First night I got there there the front desk said my trip was canceled after staying there for almost a hour while it was resolved I finally got my room( it was updated from a 2 bd to a 1 bd. My room was at another hotel in which it was next to the main hotel (3 hotel in total) The room was okay modern other then they have no microwave and no fridge and the bed was comfortable. The keys are not the best I had a hard time opening door sometimes and heard other guest with the same complaint. Housekeeping was horrible they barely came to our room unless we called all they did was change sheet give towels. The shower water didn’t go down and got the shower easily dirty not once did they clean it even after putting towels in the shower as it has a rail to place towels. Since there was no microwave I bought some chips to munch on after the third night I left the chips on the counter when we got back to our room the whole counter was infested with ants everywhere the ants had made a trails from the bathroom ceiling to the counter we were leaving the next morning so I never called front desk we got to our room at about 3 in the morning and by the time we left around 10 the whole room had ants everywhere I was very disgusted I gather all of our things and check out when I told the front desk at check out all she said was why didn’t I call they would have came to see it so she bascially thought I was lying but I got a video and was able to show her. Nothing was said not even a apology

We are made up of three historic buildings, our Dorset building has a rooftop pool, our Maxine building has a 24-hour restaurant, and our Catalina building has a bamboo pool area. We do not offer microwaves or refrigerators in our rooms. Our magnetic strip on the key cards deactivate when exposed to heat, placed next to cell phones or credit cards. We have weekly pest control service the hotel, so we will need to look into this further. Its unfortunate to hear that you did not have a better stay, but we welcome you again, so we can exceed your expectations.
