I must say I would never stay at this property again. We had so many bags and nobody even offered to help with them . We had to lug over suitcases around for hours. Servers at the hotel with rude and bipolar except for the African American bartender the the blonde hair at Taco Taco. She was extremely cordial and helpful . We checked into our room , went out and when we came out there were millions of bees in our bathroom and room . We called front desk over and over from our room . When I went down to the desk , they weren’t even doing anything . I told the hostess the situation . Her response was “ well , did you take pictures “ . Completely laughable and appalling . When I asked Her if she couldn’t move to come check , it must have finally resonated that she should do her job . We were moved to another room , where the air conditioning did not even work . There is a happy hour from 5-7 that we decided to try . I asked For champagne & the bartender asked if I would Like a peach flavoring . Come to find out when I asked For my second drink that the peach flavor was VODKA . My first drink basically was SPIKED . !!!!!! When we called and asked for ice, during the day - we were told we’d have to walk all the way to the restaurant to get ice . Yet, our third night there , this young man actually went out and got ice FOR a guest that came to the lobby to ask him . The only one with great customer service . the rooftop pool area looks like a MURDER scene . Yellow caution tape

Hello Tori, thank you for your review. Unfortunately, luggage storage is not available due to liability and safety concerns. Our complimentary Happy Hour from 6-7 PM serves Vodka and Gin only. Our rooftop pool is open, but the right side was closed as we make some minor updates. We will address the staff interaction and share your feedback with our Manager. Our apologies for any inconvenience during the stay. We appreciate your feedback.

So I stayed here from Friday run til Tuesday. It was nothing but cold showers, no towels no beach towels, horrible service, AC Leaked for days before they decided to place a little garbage can under the AC unit. Very horrible

Dirty and run down. Rude staff. Fragrance was so strong that my family immediately got headaches. Waste of money - better off staying in a Motel Six.

Please, Please DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS HOTEL!!!! Rooms are dirty, they smell really moldy. Felt unsafe, i had to out my suitcase by the door. The pictures are deceitful. Felt like we were in a horror movie. Many guest were complaining as well because the hotel is digusting. There are so many beautiful and better accommodating hotels around the area. Please, please do not waste or money or time with this hotel.
