Hello Glorivel. Thank you for your review. We are disappointed to know that you did not have a better stay. We are made up of three historic buildings, our Dorset building has a rooftop pool, our Maxine building has a 24-hour restaurant, and our Catalina building has a bamboo pool area. We do not offer microwaves or refrigerators in our rooms. Our magnetic strip on the key cards deactivate when exposed to heat, placed next to cell phones or credit cards. We have weekly pest control service the hotel, so we will need to look into this further. Its unfortunate to hear that you did not have a better stay, but we welcome you again, so we can exceed your expectations.
Catalina Hotel & Beach Club, a South Beach Group Hotel offers its guests 2 outdoor swimming pools. There are 2 restaurants on site, along with a coffee shop/café. You can enjoy a drink at one of the bars, which include 3 bars/lounges and a poolside bar. WiFi is free in public spaces. A rooftop terrace, tour/ticket assistance, and multilingual staff are also featured at the business-friendly Catalina Hotel & Beach Club, a South Beach Group Hotel. For a fee, parking is available.
