Thank you so much for sharing your thoughts with us. We are warm year round in Miami, so the humidity is usually high causing a scent, not of mold, so we keep the A/C on and circulating at all times. The magnetic strip on the key cards deactivate when exposed to heat, or placed next to cell phones and credit cards. Our apologies for any inconvenience. We are disappointed your stay didn't go as smoothly as we would have liked, but we welcome you to come again where we can exceed your expectations.

Thank you for your review. Our housekeeping staff services over 90 rooms per day, so some rooms are serviced later in the day than others. We do not offer microwaves in the rooms, but we have an ice machine next to the patio that our front desk agents would be more than happy to assist with, if you had any difficulty. We are less than a block from the beach and provide complimentary use of beach towels. We are disappointed you did not have a better stay. Please consider our great location the next time you are in Miami Beach.
