WORST HOTEL STAY EVER. Double booked. Room not clean. Crack/patched hole in tub. After shower water poured out of ceiling. Moved to smaller room after 2 hours of standing around in lobby. Mgr completely inaccessible. Staff unable/unwilling to adjust cost. Music in room#2 til after midnight. Stopped up toilet. No hot water in shower. Flickering electricity.

The location is great and the rooms are interesting and clean, but the rooms smell humid! I had to change rooms because of that, but even the new one was smelly. The door room system is old and the magnetic card is tricky and it has problems to open the room door easily. I had to go many times at the front desk to ask for a new one. The front desk people does their best, but the hotel needs urgent renovation

Thank you so much for sharing your thoughts with us. We are warm year round in Miami, so the humidity is usually high causing a scent, not of mold, so we keep the A/C on and circulating at all times. The magnetic strip on the key cards deactivate when exposed to heat, or placed next to cell phones and credit cards. Our apologies for any inconvenience. We are disappointed your stay didn't go as smoothly as we would have liked, but we welcome you to come again where we can exceed your expectations.

Housekeeping came way to late everyday so we had to leave to let them in at 3pm. The tv channels were very basic most of them in Spanish. There was no microwave and it was difficult to just get ice. The only good thing about the hotel was that it’s across the street from the beach.

Thank you for your review. Our housekeeping staff services over 90 rooms per day, so some rooms are serviced later in the day than others. We do not offer microwaves in the rooms, but we have an ice machine next to the patio that our front desk agents would be more than happy to assist with, if you had any difficulty. We are less than a block from the beach and provide complimentary use of beach towels. We are disappointed you did not have a better stay. Please consider our great location the next time you are in Miami Beach.

The hotel is in a great location 1/2 block from the ocean. Many bars and restaurants surround the hotel. I will stay there again if I have the opportunity.
